第三條乙方確認(rèn)其已取得《房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限責(zé)任公司項(xiàng)目國(guó)有土地使用權(quán)》并取得《國(guó)有土地使用證》。土地使用權(quán)出讓金已全額支付。同時(shí),乙方確認(rèn)該項(xiàng)目已獲得以下批準(zhǔn)和證書

6。乙方已獲得市規(guī)劃局土地管理局《長(zhǎng)安寺項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃建設(shè)面積指數(shù)說明》
